About Rise Training
Our Mission
We empower people to find meaningful jobs and build fulfilling lives. We’re committed to the complete inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce. From Academy to Connect, work takes place in a real workplace where people learn best. We do this through personalised plans and supportive spaces. We help people gain the skills and confidence to get long-term jobs. Together we’re changing the training and employment journey for people with disabilities. We’re making sure everyone can meet their career goals.
Our Impact
Rise Training is a social enterprise empowered by the Jigsaw model. Since 2014, Jigsaw has helped more than 1,200 people with disabilities find work. And importantly, 91% of them remain in their jobs.
Rise is the first of its kind to launch in regional Australia. It provides these key opportunities for people outside metropolitan areas. Our goal is simple: to make sure everyone, regardless of ability, has an opportunity to work.
Our Hubs
Rise Training’s first hub opened in Albury-Wodonga in early 2024.
