How do you feel when you come to Rise?

I feel ready for learning new skills and can see that this will help me long-term.

What has been the highlight so far?

A highlight so far has been going to lunch with colleagues after a solid effort of work in the morning.  It’s a great reward for the effort.

What are your goals?

To be consistent and minimise inefficiencies in the work I do so that I can be the best that I can.   Rise helps me to learn new skills that will help me to find a long-term job.

Does coming to Rise make a difference to your life?

Coming to Rise makes a difference in my life as it helps me to build more skills and resilience that enables me to work outside of Rise. The skills and capabilities I am learning can also be used generally in my life.

What would you tell someone who was thinking about trying Rise?

You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain from an experience like Rise.

I like the environment and people I work with. I enjoy our office space as it allows me to interact with my colleagues while still doing the work we are doing.

I also appreciate the support I receive from the trainers to help me build on my skills.
